African Mango Side Effects
It is indisputable that any medicine will have side effects, the only thing is how many it has. Because African Mango is a natural fruit extract, side effects are very rare and mild, you can use it to lose weight safely and naturally like eating food. Clinical studies have found a small number of patients did have mild side effects, and were documented. Adverse reactions included headache, dry mouth, sleep disturbance, and flu-like symptoms. These same side effects were also found in the placebo group, who were given only Cissus Quadrangularis, so the side effects probably did not come from African mango. Almost all people who have taken African Mango supplements say that they are totally side effect free!
